Deb Schroeder learned the value of real estate early on. By middle school, she could calculate a rental investment’s ROI. By high school, she took ownership in family property renovations. In college, she got involved in office rentals and subdivision developmentAfter graduating from the University of Georgia in 2000 with a Bachelor’s of Education, Deb earned a Master’s in Information Technology. She moved to Windermere, married her  child-hood sweetheart, and taught 2nd grade at Windermere Preparatory School for five years. Now she has a boy and a girl of her own.

In 2006, Deb received her real estate license. Now she’s a licensed broker with her own brokerage, a multiple recipient as an Orlando Top Producer, selected as Orlando’s Top 100 agents by Orlando Magazine, a certified Short Sale Specialist, a Certified Negotiation Expert and has her GRI (the nation’s number one real estate designation). She is a Certified Luxury Marketing Home Specialist and a Multi-Million Dollar producer. She also received an award as a “20 under 40” award from the Orlando Regional Realtor Association.  Deb strives to make buying and selling seamless and stress-free for her clients.

She and her family are active in their community and church. Warm southern hospitality and highly personal interactions are at the heart of all Deb’s service.

Tim Schroeder is a licensed Realtor serving southwest Central Florida. He lives in Windermere with his wife and two children. A member of the West Orange Chamber of Commerce, he’s active in the Windermere and Winter Garden communities.

Tim grew up in Savannah, GA and later moved to Orlando, graduating from the University of Central Florida in 2002 with a Bachelor’s in Information Systems Management. He has always had an entrepreneurial spirit, owning a successful digital advertising business for over 10 years and now they work together doing something they both love.

Tim’s strong background in Internet marketing, technology, and creative solutions offers clients advantages they can’t get with many other agents. He aims to always exceed expectations through strong communication and a trustworthy relationship.
